Due to the success and positive feedback from meeting attendees, we have decided to return to Park City Utah, and the (now completely finished) new Hyatt Escala Lodges for our 33rd Annual Meeting.

Registration and Program Information will be available in the coming months.

Hotel Information
33rd Annual Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Escala Lodge at the Canyons in Park City, Utah. On behalf of our meeting attendees, a special rate of $149 Standard King or Queen-bedded room plus $20 Resort Fee which includes internet access, valet and self parking, in room safe, local and 800 calls and the use of the 24 hour health club. One bedroom suites are available for $179 plus the Resort Fee. Local and State Taxes are currently 11.85%. All reservations must be made by Monday, June 25, 2012. After this deadline, or if the RMVS block of rooms sells out prior to this deadline, availability and rate cannot be guaranteed.

Getting To Park City
Arriving at Salt Lake International Airport (SLC), Hyatt Escala Lodge @ the Canyons is a short 35-minute drive away.

From the airport in Salt Lake, take I-80 East toward City Center/Ogden/Provo. (Stay on I-80 East as it merges with I-15 South and then re-separates and heads east again as I-80 East.) Just over 27 miles from the airport, take the exit for Park City/Kimball Junction. At the top of the ramp, turn right onto S.R. 224 South/East. Follow 224 two miles to the traffic light at Canyons Resort Drive. Turn right onto Canyons Resort Drive and follow uphill until the road ends, then turn right. Hyatt Escala Lodge in Park City is 200 yards ahead on the left.
